Bradley A. Thomas - President

Brad Thomas has been a California Licensed Land Surveyor since
1984. He began his surveying career in 1975 and has worked in
several western states and in Southern California. In 1989, he
began his self- employment in Sebastopol and relocated the
business to Windsor in 1995. In January of 2001 he purchased
the land surveying business of John H. Doble & Associates and
incorporated the business in 2003. Brad is also Vice President
of Delta Geomatics Corp, a photogrammetry firm in Santa Rosa.
In 2004, he opened The Map Store in Windsor

John H. Doble-

California Licensed Land Surveyor, No. 3665
John graduated from Analy High School in Sebastopol, CA. and
continued his education at Santa Rosa Junior College and Sonoma State
University. He then worked for PG&E of Sonoma County as a
surveyor for 12 years. During that time, he went from a
Rodman/Chainman and Instrument man to a Senior Surveyor/Party
in Chief. John was also in charge of surveying the Warm Springs
Dam of Lake Sonoma. In 1970 he launched his own business, John
H. Doble & Associates. Thirty years later he sold his
establishment to Bradley Thomas and is currently an Expert
Consultant for DobleThomas & Associates, Inc. He is affiliated
with the California Land Surveyor’s Association, State and Local
Chapters, Rotary International, Sonoma County Grape
Growers Association and Cloverdale Chamber of Commerce.

Tom A. Bruns

1982 State of California Licensed Land Surveyor No. 5088
Prior to earning his A.S. Degree at Santa Rosa Junior College in 1979,
Tom served in the U.S. Army from 1967-1970. After being
honorably discharged, he worked for Comstock & Davis, Inc. in
his hometown, Spring Lake Park, MN. In past years, he has
been employed at various companies as a Survey Chief and
Draftsman throughout Northern California. In 1985 he wrote
surveying software for the HP-41calculator, dubbing it the
TOMSROM1. Tom was self employed for over a decade before
becoming an Associate for DobleThomas & Associates, Inc in
May of 2001.

Geoffrey King
–
Project Manager, Senior Designer
Geoff has worked with Brad Thomas since 1990. He completed the
Civil Engineering Tech. program at Santa Rosa Junior College
in 1992 and also received his L.S.I.T. certificate that same
year. As an aAssociate at DobleThomas, Geoff works on and manages a wide range of
Survey/Engineering projects, heads the drafting department,
and staffs the Guerneville office on a part time basis.

Paul L. Schoch-

Paul graduated in 1956 with a B.S. Degree from the University of
Los Angeles, School of Engineering. Over the years he has worked
for many California institutions, including the U. S. Coast &
Geodetic Survey, the CA Department of Transportation, City
of Berkeley, City of Cotati and City of Sebastopol. From
1964 to 1988, he was part owner of Hogan-Schoch & Associates and
now is the owner of Paul L. Schoch, Consulting Civil Engineer in
Sebastopol, CA. He too, is an Associate of DobleThomas &
Associates, Inc. and an affiliate of the American Society of
Civil Engineers.

James Hill-
1975 State of California Reg. Civil Engineer No. 2559
Jim earned an A.A. Degree at Santa Rosa Junior College. in 1969 and a B.S.
Degree at Humboldt State University in 1971. His career began at Brelje & Race as a design engineer.
He has also owned his own firm, Hill Engineering.
In 1978, He became an Associate to John H. Doble & Associates and
in 2001, an Associate for DobleThomas & Associates, Inc. Jim is a
member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a Civil
War enthusiast. When not engineering, he enjoys working outdoors
on the family owned sheep ranch.

Gary Hubley-
President of Delta Geomatics Corporation
Gary acquired a Diploma of Photogrammetry in 1966 at the Land
Survey Institute in Nova Scotia, Canada. He then perused various
management courses at the British Columbia Institute of
Technology. He has worked for numerous companies throughout
Vancouver as a Plotter Operator, Production Manager, and a Vice
President of Delta Aerial Surveys, Ltd. in Richmond, B.C. In
1995, he became the current President and General Manager of
Delta Geomatics Corporation, Santa Rosa, CA,. as well as an
Associate of DobleThomas & Associates, Inc. He is affiliated
with both the California Land Surveyors Association'and the
Civil Engineers & Land Surveyors of California
