Brad began his career as a land surveying apprentice in 1975 and self employment as a Land Surveyor in 1989. Brad is the President of DobleThomas & Associates, Inc. His business began in Sebastopol, moved to Windsor in 1995 and he purchased John H. Doble and Associates in 2001. DobleThomas & Associates has since opened The Map Store in 2003 and created WineMap.org. Since 1993, Brad has also been the Vice President of Delta Geomatics Corporation. Delta Geomatics is an aerial photogrammetry firm with offices in Santa Rosa. Brad is married with two children and resides in Windsor.

In 1970, John founded the company with an office in the City of Cloverdale. During John’s 51 year career, he has worked on hundreds of surveys in both Mendocino and Sonoma County. John has extensive land surveying knowledge and has been an expert witness in many legal matters. John is married and resides on a ranch outside of Cloverdale.

Jim earned an A.A. Degree at Santa Rosa Junior College in 1969 and a B.S. Degree at Humboldt State University in 1971. His career began at Brelje & Race in 1978 as a design engineer. Jim became an Associate to John H. Doble & Associates in 2001 and performs civil and structural engineering design. Jim is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and resides on his sheep ranch in Yorkville.

Tom is the firms Senior Project Manager and the Field Staff Coordinator. Tom has 21 years of experience directing field staff, and managing mapping projects. He has been project manager for several notable survey projects including the Santa Rosa Creek Ecosystem Restoration and Flood Damage Reduction Feasibility Study and Town Green Village in Old Downtown Windsor. Tom has worked on hunrdreds of projects throughout the Northbay.

Kevin is the Principal of our Ukiah Office, is responsible for marketing, client communications and project management. Kevin is a Senior Project Manager/Government Relations/Storm Water Specialist. Kevin had six years of experience working for the Sonoma County PRMD in the Grading and Storm Water Section and has specific knowledge of the county requirements as they relate to land development projects. During his time at PRMD, Kevin was responsible for the plan checking and approval of hundreds of land development projects. He has been a senior designer, project manager, and has handled most of the strategic planning and government relations work within our firm since 2006. Kevin is also the Branch Manager of our Ukiah office.

Paul is an associate with DobleThomas and has supervised the preparation of hundreds of plans including all phases of Town Green Village in Windsor. Paul is a former City Engineer for Sebastopol and Cotati. Brad and Paul have been working together since 1987 and they have been involved with many City of Cotati public works projects and private land developments. Paul is married, has four adult children and resides in Sebastopol.

Gary acquired a Diploma of Photogrammetry in 1966 at the Land Survey Institute in Nova Scotia, Canada. Gary worked for numerous companies throughout Vancouver as a Plotter Operator, Production Manager, and was Vice President of Delta Aerial Surveys, Ltd. in Richmond, B.C. Gary purchased the Photogrammetry Division of Hogan Schoch and Associates and in 1993 and renamed it Delta Geomatics Corporation.
